FAQ

How do I sign up for a medical cannabis card?

Easy, just fill out the forms on the Medical Licenses page to send in your application to start the process. After reviewing your medical history and application, we’ll get into contact with you to let you know what the next steps are. In most cases, our process takes roughly a two week period provided all forms are submitted accurately and promptly throughout the process. During that time you’ll speak with our courteous staff in dealing with your application, our patient coordinator who will set you up with an appointment with the doctor, and the doctor themselves via video call on Skype either in your own home or at the clinic. Failure to provide the proper information on your forms could see the process slowed an extra week due to scheduling with the doctor.

Can I get my card if I’m a recreational user!?

Absolutely not. Canada Releaf does not facilitate medical cannabis cards for recreational users, in any way. We are a medical clinic devoted to ensuring that patients get access to the medicine they need.

How much do you charge for a cannabis license?

Unlike other clinics, we believe that patients shouldn’t be forced to give an arm and a leg in order to get access to the medicine they need. With that in mind, Canada Releaf has decided to front the cost for any legitimate patients looking to obtain a Health Canada cannabis license. We’ll work with you to find a dosage amount based on your needs, and once approved set you up with our online sales partner.

How old do I have to be to get my cannabis license?

You must be at least 21 years of age in order to apply for a cannabis license.
